Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, please notify your instructor before ending your video call. Once a session has ended, it is nonrefundable. uHunt sessions may be canceled for a full refund or rescheduled until 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No-show sessions are not refundable.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Of course! While some students may require as little as one session, many choose to schedule weekly or bi-weekly coaching. This often develops into mentorship. If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again and schedule your next session.
